We work to ensure the utmost care is taken to get the item transported to you in its finest condition.

Standard Carriage Rates - Mailing Tube

The safe delivery of original artwork is a key priority, and we can draw on a over a decade of experience on a worldwide basis. Typical carriage rates per unframed piece are, UK £20, all other countries £40.

Carriage Arrangements - Mailing Tube

Our UK service is next working day, and a maximum of seven working days elsewhere. (European carriage times are usually 2/5 days.) In the unlikely event of damage in transit, you will receive a refund.

If for any reason, you wish to return any artwork purchased, the gallery has a cash refund policy. We refund the full purchase price if the artwork is posted for return within seven days of delivery.

Carriage Arrangements - Flat Pack

We offer alternative arrangements for very large or more fragile works, which are unsuitable for the above carriage arrangement. In these cases, the transaction is finalised when the customer accepts the alternative method of carriage offered.
