Intro to Woodcut

During this course, you will learn how to transfer your image onto Japanese plywood and experiment with woodcutting tools to create a variety of line and textured effects. Various inking techniques will be demonstrated and you will learn about registration, setting the pressure and correct use of the Columbian eagle press to produce a small edition of woodcut prints.
